Shipping policy

Kanishka Silks offers free shipping across India on all orders, through our trusted courier partners. Orders placed before 5 PM are generally dispatched on the same business day.

Our courier partners deliver Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on the location. Delivery timelines may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, transportation delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

All orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Every order is securely packed in tamper-proof packaging. If you receive a package that appears tampered with or damaged, please refuse delivery and inform us immediately. Once a tampered package is accepted, it will be considered as received in good condition.
